Almost 18 years ago, I began my career in public relations and later transitioned to digital communication and user experience research.

Throughout my professional journey in both the corporate world and as a consultant within the European Commission, I've come to realize that having a clear understanding of specific topics and subjects, finding solutions to complex issues, overcoming collaboration roadblocks, making strategic decisions, and planning accordingly can only be achieved by using the right problem-solving approach.

The Human-Centered Design methods  I use in my approach call for intentional change and moving from existing situations to preferred ones. By looking carefully, understanding deeply, and making resourceful decisions, I help you gain clarity and order in thinking, make well-informed strategic decisions, and plan effectively to achieve successful outcomes.

In my private life I love to travel and explore the world, take long walks on foot or by bike, climb mountains, spend time in nature, practice yoga, read personal development books and learn new things, discuss about the “big world” with my beautiful and smart son, enjoy quiet moments with my partner, and have funny conversations with my close friends.
